As a Certified Professional Recovery Coach and Peer Recovery Specialist and active member of the Ubuntu Addiction Community Trust and the Ubuntu Academy of Coaching and Training (U-ACT), I  support individuals and families afflicted by traumatic experiences, mental health disorders, compulsive distractive behaviour and substance abuse in the pre and post-treatment phase. 
Using a solution-based approach and a forward the action/deepen the learning approach to move the client from a state of helplessness and powerlessness to another of self-empowerment and discovery.
